Grievance Redressal Branch

This branch arranges for the District SWAGAT & State SWAGAT programmes on every 4th Thursday of the month in which this branch receives complains from all over the District which is to be disposed of by this branch in the time bound manner. A positive solution of the citizen’s grievance is the prime objective of this branch.

State Swagat:

  • In this programme Hon. C.M. sir listens to each applicant personally and gives instructions to the collector to solve the problem of the applicant, by video conference.

District Swagat:

  • In this programme, The District Collector listens to the grievances of each applicant personally and gives instructions to the concern officers to solve the problem of the applicant in time bound manner.

Taluka Swagat:

  • In this programme, Mamlatdar listens to the grievances of each applicant personally and gives instructions to the concern officers to solve the problem of the applicant.

Gram Swagat: 

  • In this programme, Mamlatdar listens to the grievances of each applicant personally and gives instructions to the concern officers to solve the problem of the applicant.

Online Lok Fariyad:

  • Lok Fariyads comes from C.M. Office by post and this office sends them to the concern offices for further immediate action.
